HEIGHT LIMITS: SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS.

This is Sec. 263. of the San Francisco Planning Code, titled “HEIGHT LIMITS: SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS..” It is part of Article 2.5, titled “HEIGHT AND BULK DISTRICTS.” It contains 26 laws.

In the height and bulk districts indicated in the following Sections, buildings and structures exceeding the prescribed height limits may be approved by the Planning Commission according to the procedures for conditional use approval in Section 303 of this Code; provided, however, that such exceptions may be permitted only in the areas specified and only to the extent stated in each Section.
