§ 205.1.

TEMPORARY USES: SIXTY-DAY LIMIT

A temporary use may be authorized for a period not to exceed 60 days for any of the following uses:

a.

Neighborhood carnival, exhibition, celebration or festival sponsored by an organized group of residents in the vicinity or, in Neighborhood Commercial, Mixed Use, PDR, C, or M Districts, sponsored by property owners or businesses in the vicinity;

b.

Booth for charitable, patriotic or welfare purposes;

c.

Open air sale of agriculturally produced seasonal decorations, including, but not necessarily limited to, Christmas trees and Halloween pumpkins.
